Roz White, co-owner of White’s IGA Peregian Beach and White’s Commercial Property Group, is an award-winning business leader with over 30 years of experience and a passionate community advocate.
Roz and her team of 500 employees are proud to serve the Sunshine Coast, where she has held numerous community leadership roles, including board chair, mentor, and speaker.
Her achievements are extensive! Among them: SCBWN’s Outstanding Business Woman of the Year (2015), 2023 Sunshine Coast Business Awards – Retail, Large Business of the Year and 2024 Queensland Training Awards – North Coast – Large employer of the year. Roz has also been a Telstra Business Woman of the Year finalist and recipient of countless IGA national and community awards.
Beyond her professional success, Roz actively supports local charities, community services and industry groups, leading initiatives like Sunshine Coast 2032 and the USC Foundation Board.
